This strain is a hybrid of the extremely sticky Aspen OG and the High Country Diesel, a Skunk-derived variety. It was developed by Colorado-based breeders 303 Seeds and is also known as G6. The intellectual fervor of Jet Fuel is best suited to circumstances requiring in-depth creative thought and problem solving. The THC level varies between 15% and 20%. Because Jet Fuel is a relatively challenging variety to cultivate and needs constant monitoring of temperature and humidity, growers may have more luck taking care of it inside. Additionally, growers should "top" their plants by removing any large fan leaves that could prevent air and light from reaching the lower branches. In 9–10 weeks, Jet Fuel blooms when planted indoors. With a yield of roughly 37 grams (or 1.3 ounces) per square foot of plant, it provides a bit lower than usual yield. In order to maintain the flavor and potency of Jet Fuel, growers must take care to thoroughly cure the harvested buds. In order to dry the buds, they must first be hung upside down for about a week in a room that is kept at a constant temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% humidity. The dried buds must then be sealed in wide-mouthed jars and exposed to ambient conditions of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and between 60 and 65% humidity. Jet Fuel is likely to draw attention if it is used at a party. It has a head high that is reminiscent of racing and an aroma that is similar to a piney car freshener. This should not be smoked at night unless you anticipate a full night of activities followed by a crash.
